Administrative Assistant | Part-Time

Hourly- 25 hours per week. This position will require working on Sundays.

  • Pursue a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ through the regular practice of spiritual disciplines, including prayer, Bible study, and worship

  • Exhibit a growing passion to serve

  • Prepare documents, reports, etc. in support of projects and meetings by collecting and analyzing information

  • Answer phones/assist volunteers with phone protocol

  • Updating/Maintaining church calendar and providing support to community groups, including managing and setting up for these groups

  • Support the Lead Pastor/Executive Director, as needed

  • Embrace and adapt to growth, change, innovation, and creativity

  • Be reliable, take initiative and be self-motivated

  • Participate in staff chapels, scheduling time when needed to review communication updates/changes

  • Must be detail oriented, well organized and capable of working independently on a variety of assignments

Production Coordinator | Part-Time

Hourly- 10-15 hours per week. This position will require working on Sundays.

The Production Coordinator is responsible for the management of all motion graphics and video elements used in worship services, and other ministry venues.  This includes, but is not limited to original videos, testimonies, bumpers, promos, event videos, etc. The Production Coordinator is also responsible for collaborating on developing innovative media content. 

  • Pursue a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ through the regular practice of spiritual disciplines, including prayer, Bible study, and worship

  • Ensure all media preparation for Sunday services are accomplished

  • Manage media volunteer team

  • Regular attendance at worship services and availability to congregation

  • Flexible work hours as determined by the need of ministry

  • Support vision board, lead pastor, and executive staff

Social Media Coordinator | Part-Time

Hourly- 10-15 hours per week. This position will require working on Sundays.

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the following:

  • Social Media Trends

  • Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook (potentially new platforms that arise)

  • Photo editing

  • Social media presentation and best practices

The role of the Social Media Coordinator is to partner and support the Creative Arts Pastor by providing leadership and direction to Social Media and Photography teams by completing tasks, engaging volunteers, and leadership development (discipleship).

  • Pursue a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ through the regular practice of spiritual disciplines, including prayer, Bible study, and worship

  • Be responsible to ensure all media preparation needs for Sunday services are accomplished.

  • Build and manage social media volunteer team.

  • Build and manage photography team.

  • Additional duties/expectations as assigned regarding leadership with Pastor of Creative Arts

  • Update our info and presence on Google and manage responses/feedback left on Google.

Children’s Ministry Director

  • Oversee and lead ALC Kids Team

  • Oversee budget for ALC under Executive Director’s guidelines

  • Oversee Nursery, Preschool and Elementary curriculum

  • Oversee operation of weekend services in ALC Kids; training new volunteers, managing the schedule for weekend services; supporting and equipping volunteers

  • Follow through with all Policies and Procedures

  • Managing safety and security protocol to provide a safe environment

  • Equip parents to be the primary discipler of their kids

  • Be intentional in developing relationships with parents, children and volunteer team

  • Meet with Team Leaders 1x a month for Spiritual Care/Team building/Leadership coaching

  • Identify and develop Leaders

  • Oversee recruitment of new leaders in ALC Kids & equip these leaders

  • Monitor overall and spiritual health of the team

  • Continuing education in areas of leadership, children and families

  • Continue working on Self Spiritual Growth
